Natural Wonder — a retreat on a remote private island between majestic mountains and the Barents Sea ‏𖦹

September 26th - 1st , 2026 With Paula Ayet MANSHAUSEN ISLAND, NORWAY

Rest. Reconnect. Recharge.

Join us at a private island situated in the Steigen archipelago off the coast of Northern Norway — a unique reset from the daily noise of life.

Dramatic mountain landscapes and vibrant green waters — raw polar nature at its purest. A chance to harmonize yourself with the wild elements: weather, nature and light. Høst October - the month of the harvest, where the days are short and the nights are deep and silent, allows you to presence its wonders and Northern Lights. Stay at an award-winning sustainable architectural complex designed by Stinessen Arkitektur. A home that  aspires to a gentle dialogue with nature to enhance your sense of being in-the-moment.

Enjoy of six days of asana, meditation, pranayama, workshops, hiking & kayaking, sauna sessions, nourishment, beauty, grounding and exploring.

About

Paula Ayet is a Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and a Mentor. Paula was born in Barcelona and is currently residing in Andorra, a small country in the Pyrenees Mountains. Yoga arose in Paula’s life when she was an art student, after dedicating years to competitive synchronized swimming. She found in the practice the perfect balance between movement and the natural connection with the spiritual aspect. When off-the-mat she is a Creative Director and image maker.

Her classes are creative, playful and unexpected: be ready to move your being through softness. She chooses a slow but intense rhythm accompanied of a thoughtful curated choice of music. Expect skillful hands-on assists, pranayama, asana, mantra, somatic tools and meditation. Morning practices will be energizing sessions; gentle and restorative ones in the evening taught in English. She offers thanks to her Teachers Karina Gusalova, Olga Oskorbina, María Macaya and Lady Ruth.
